Refund Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
14 days, full refund
If Snowfall isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you'll get the full amount back. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
Snowfall is sold by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes all payments and refunds. To ask for a refund:
- use the link in the receipt email you received from Paddle, or find your order at paddle.net; or
- write to us at support@snowfallmac.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll ask Paddle to refund you.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5 to 10 business days.
What happens to your license
When a refund is approved, your license key is revoked: Snowfall stops snowing on every Mac where it was activated, and the key can no longer be used to download or activate the app. The same happens if a payment is charged back.
After 14 days
After 14 days we may still refund you at our discretion, for example if Snowfall doesn't work on your Mac and we can't fix it. Please get in touch.
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
